USGBC Voting on LEED for Schools

LEED for Schools, the newest LEED rating system from USGBC, is now open for member ballot. The member ballot is the final step in the consensus process used to develop, test, revise and publish LEED rating systems. Voting instructions were sent by email to the primary contact of each USGBC member organization on Monday, March 5th, 2007. We strongly encourage each and every USGBC member to take advantage of this opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the LEED Green Building Rating System.  In accordance with the USGBC Balloting Policy, the ballot period will be open for 30 days from Tuesday, March 6th through Wednesday, April 4th, 2007 at 5:00 PM EDT. Click here for more information on the LEED for Schools balloting process, comments and responses from the two public comment periods, and the LEED for Schools ballot draft.
