Louis Poulsen iPhone App

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA, 4/29/2010 – Louis Poulsen has launched their famous catalog, light creates atmosphere, as a new iPhone App. This new feature was introduced two weeks ago at the world’s largest lighting fair – light+building 2010 – in Frankfurt, Germany. The Louis Poulsen catalog app can now be freely downloaded from the AppStore on iPhones.
 

The iPhone app is a quick and easy way to get access to basic information on over 120 products, including line drawings, measurements, material, finishes and photos. It is a convenient way to quickly download the information to your own email or to send to customer. A specially-designed function allows you to access and download the catalog sheet, mounting instructions, technical specification sheet or light measurements as well.
 

The app can also be used for the iPad. With the launching of the iPad, digital media has expanded its possibilities significantly. The quality and size is excellent for presentations, is easy to read (especially for large amounts of information) and is very useful for project presentations. The iPhone and the iPad create links to your laptop, mobile phone and the portable screen simultaneously, all using the same database.
 

Both the iPhone and iPad were used as presentation tools at our booth in Frankfurt, and the response from customers was overwhelming.
