Because the structure was partially left exposed and open, thought was given to choice of fixtures that both compliment the exposed details as well as work with the more refined, less exposed areas of the space.

The long corridor areas flanking both sides of the main volume utilize the small 26watt CF pendant by Delray Lighting. These subtle fixtures provide good illumination along the corridor as well as emphasize the linear aspect of the open corridor area, without the use or implementation of typical linear fixtures.

Central collaborative and work areas use Con-Tech Lighting track mounted directly to the joist structure and utilize T5 linear fluorescent fixtures to provide higher light levels in the more task-critical areas.  High color-rendering ceramic metal halide luminaires are also located strategically in the collaborative areas to highlight the samples and color chips used by the Interiors department.

The conference room lighting was approached in a more unorthodox fashion.  The clients did not want the typical conference room pendant over the central meeting table, yet wanted the adjustable light levels over the table work-plane.  A unique placement of Sistemalux decorative AR-111 fixtures mounted on a custom decorative ceiling spine allows for illumination of both the work surface as well as wall highlighting.
